2nd Siclista Classic. Mark this date on your calendar: Sept 12 2009 Sat. Fun ride only brisk 16-20mph pace. Optional KOM Race: Starts at the bottom of Sierra Rd. with summit finish. Trophies for the top finishers.
Siclista Fiesta after the ride at Fremont Central Park. Ride Route: A figure 8 loop. 54.3 miles, Starts clockwise from Mission Blvd. to Nile Canyon Rd. Calaveras Rd., Turn left counter clockwise Piedmont to Sierra Rd. Roll Time: 8:00 Sharp.
Option for those who doesn't want to do the Sierra Category 1 Climb, from Calaveras turn right to Evans.
We also need headcount of riders attending so we can estimate our food preparation, please use comment section for your group headcount. We really appreciate if you can.

Sunday August 23 ride
Siclista Classic route. Meet at Stevenson parking lot with a roll time of 8AM... or we can roll earlier to avoid the heat on Sierra Road.
No dawdling, no landian and harotan 'til we get to the top of Sierra :)
Post your preferred time folks so we can decide the roll time. We'll decide where to stop for lunch before we roll.

Sunday, Aug 9th Golden Gate/Sausalito Ride

Round Trip ride from San Mateo to GG/Sausalito and back...
Meet: 7:45 am Roll 8:00 am at the Safeway parking lot at the corner of De Anza Blvd & Polhemus Rd. in San Mateo off Hwy 92.
63.3 mile Mixed terrain - short to mid length climbs en route of 3% to 7% gradient with long flat rodes on Camp Sawyer Trail and Great Hwy. Optional Climb on Conzelman Rd. on the Marin side of the bridge. Remember to bring $$ for lunch and coffee stop.
