Salamat sa ride Siclistas! Nice long ride, killer climb, good lunch. I think I got my birthday present this morning, masakit ang katawan ko. Nothing like another ride to loosen up my old bones (after I get a new pair of tights) ;-)
I almost forgot,its nice seing Roger at our meeting place.He has a speedy recovery he could walk know with a little help of the crouches.good job Roger,pretty soon your on your bike again..

Larry, that is a nice BDay present, sakit ng katawan after a hard ride. My legs are still aching even after I took a pair of Aleve.
