How about a century ride?

September 23, 2007. 100+ miles.
Jacks' got the itch to ride..... a century.
I'm thinking of tagging along with the Nor-Cal riders. Nor-Cal Century ride
Post up guys so we can get a headcount. We can do this on our own if a lot of us shows up. If not, I guess we'll just have to crash the party.

from the BF site:
Start time:
Century riders - 8am
Half Century riders - 11:30am from HMB Coffee & Cafe

Starting Location: Natural Bridges State Beach - Corner of Delaware and Natural Bridges

JV, we can cut the ride short pag hindi kinaya. U turn na lang tayo sa 30-35 mile para 60-70 ang ride natin. Baka pwede kang mag lead ng ride natin this weekend? Long and flat route muna kasi baka ma-pasma ang likod ni Jack :) Katulad nitong route na 'to, My first ride with the group
Also a good training for the guys who's having trouble with the draft.

O kaya puntahan natin si Rozel:

Yong tandem nga pala, sa craigslist ang sinisilip ko anything tandem related. How tall ba ang magiging stoker mo? para matimbrehan kita kung may makita ako na kasya sa partner mo (stoker).

JohnV,
Thank you for the 65ish mile ride last weekend. The century ride with the Bike Forum folks was incredibly painful for me. 'ya know, masarap na masakit hehehe.
This century will have to be one of the "to do" ride for the group. Ibang klase. It's one of those pedal until you puke kinda ride. Walang stop lights or signs for about 40 miles. I bet you, this is JohnM's territory, get on aero position and just pedal.
